The SMART PAN and SMART PAN PLUS are used to protect your property from a leaking hot water tank. The innovative design incorporates an industry first, large capacity sump pump basin moulded within the raised hot water tank platform. A strong and durable one-piece ABS platform, with a 1 ½’’ drain for small or large leaks. The deep 8’’ basin allows leaks to be collected and discharged directly outdoors or to an existing sump pit or even a washing machine drain, instead of on the floors leading to expensive repairs and potential mould.
